What Audit The Vote Filed Today — and Why It Matters
Topic: Audit The Vote PA
When the Evidence Is Clear, Action Is Required
I haven’t published here in a while — not because the work stopped, but because much of it has been happening quietly, deliberately, and behind the scenes.
Today, that changes.
This week, Audit The Vote PA filed an emergency administrative petition with the U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC). It’s a step we did not take lightly — but one we believe is necessary, responsible, and timely.
What We Filed — and Why
The petition asks the EAC to revisit and vacate the federal certification of Dominion Democracy Suite 5.5-A, a voting system currently used in multiple Pennsylvania counties.
This filing builds directly on an October 2025 petition submitted by VoterGA, which presented sworn expert testimony in court identifying serious security vulnerabilities within Dominion’s 5.x platform. Those vulnerabilities were demonstrated under oath and entered into the legal record.
When credible, sworn evidence raises questions about whether a federally certified system actually meets federal standards, the law provides a mechanism to act. That mechanism is an administrative petition — and that is exactly what we have done.

Why This Matters Now
Timing matters.
With the 2026 election cycle approaching, there is a narrowing window to address known vulnerabilities before they become entrenched features of our election infrastructure. Waiting until after another election would be irresponsible.
This action is not about politics.
It is about process, standards, and public trust.
The EAC exists to certify voting systems against federal security guidelines. When new evidence suggests those standards may not have been met — or may no longer be met — the Commission has both the authority and the responsibility to act.
A Broader Context
This petition also aligns with President Trump’s Executive Order, “Preserving and Protecting the Integrity of American Elections,” which directs federal agencies to strengthen election security standards, reevaluate existing certifications, and prioritize transparent, verifiable systems.
We are asking the EAC to do exactly what federal law contemplates when credible new information emerges.
No more. No less.
Why I’m Sharing This Here
I don’t publish lightly — and I don’t file petitions like this lightly either.
Legal filings, expert review, research, and sustained accountability work require real resources. Up to this point, much of this effort has been carried quietly. But we’ve reached a stage where transparency with our supporters is not only appropriate — it’s necessary.
If you believe this action is warranted, and if you’re able, I ask you to consider supporting this work.

Moving Forward
I promise you this:
We will continue to act deliberately, responsibly, and transparently.
This is not about chasing headlines. It is about doing the work — even when it’s difficult, even when it’s costly, and even when it would be easier to stay silent.
Thank you for being here.
Thank you for standing with us.
And thank you for understanding that when the evidence is clear, action is required.
Sincerely,
Toni Shuppe
