What in the fresh hell is this?

The only good thing about President Trump endorsing Dr. Oz is that in one fell swoop, he managed to unite all Pennylvania conservatives in an angry and confused rage after the news of his endorsement broke on Saturday night during his North Carolina rally.

Immediately, my phone started blowing up with questions from fellow patriots, and as I sat and scratched my head wondering what the heck is he thinking, I decided to take the disappointing energy and do a little analysis so we can attempt to make some sense of what looks like the worst endorsement he’s ever made.
