🧠 Lead With Your Strengths: Discover Your Activist Personality Type
Topic: Personal Development Training
Over the past few months, I’ve been asking myself some hard questions about grassroots activism:
Why do so many movements lose steam?
What makes some teams unstoppable while others fall apart?
And how can I help more people succeed—not burn out—in the fight for freedom?
That soul-searching led me to create something I wish I had when I started Audit The Vote.
It’s called Lead With Your Strengths: A Personality-Based Guide for Grassroots Organizers—a tool designed to help you understand how you’re wired, where you thrive, and how to lead more effectively in your role. It's part quiz, part training guide, part survival kit.
Before I release the full guide, I want to give you a sneak peek by sharing the core of it all:
👉 Your activist personality type.

I have been fascinated with the personality types since reading personality Plus by Florence Littauer almost 30 years ago. When I was a manager in the financial industry I used it with my employees asking them to read it and take the test so that they could understand themselves and I could understand them and know how to motivate them better. then I've studied the various different theories of personalities such as DISC. It's all the same, based on the studies of Hippocrates. I've become very proficient in being able to type someone .
I am primary cleric secondary sanguine. Always stepping up taking charge when no one else will. Which is exactly why I'm burned out LOL.
