Is the Trump Indictment Unconstitutional?

Well the unthinkable has happened. The Marxist left have indicted Donald Trump in hopes of destroying his chances of becoming President again, but I think their plan may backfire as the polls are showing a 10 point increase in support for him, while his PAC brought in millions of dollars in donations and new volunteers in just a matter of days, maybe even hours.

As a result, the question that has flooded my inbox since Tuesday is this:

Does this obvious politically motivated indictment go against the constitution?
